This is the first stage of landscaping a very large site with magnificent views overlooking the ocean. The main priority here was to do nothing that might spoil the landscape but would blend to make it as inconspicuous as possible. Starting with the boundary fencing, it needed to be high enough to keep out the deer that roam freely on the island and at the same time, unobstrusive. Post and wire was the least invasive option. The first picture in this group shows the view, including the finished fence which you can just make out. The original boundary line was obscured with thick vegetation and required the help of an excavator to clear the path.
