Lewis Landscapes was asked to create a level for a new access. This would require the construction of a retaining wall. In this setting interlocking concrete blocks were chosen. The wall was built to the height of the garden.
The job required some trees to be felled. A line of young trees was incorporated into the landscaping. The planting scheme is restrained and fairly formal, in line with the character of the feature wall and the classical geometry of the fencing and pergola.
